Ashoka - Accelerating a Just Transition
This report captures the perspectives of 8,613 employees across 31 countries on how companies can accelerate sustainable and inclusive change. It highlights the gap between corporate sustainability pledges and real-world impact, emphasizing the role of employees in driving positive societal outcomes.
The project involved the creation of a comprehensive, publication-ready report combining rigorous editorial structure with engaging visual storytelling. We designed a clear layout system, custom templates, and integrated charts, infographics, and photography to make complex data and insights accessible. Color coding, visual hierarchy, and consistent typography were applied across sections to enhance readability and reinforce thematic distinctions. The final deliverable not only communicates the survey findings effectively but also serves as a practical tool for companies seeking to empower employees in contributing to meaningful societal change.
